THE PROCESS OF MANUFACTURING ARECA PLATES, BOWLS, SPOONS OF DIFFERENT SHAPES AND SIZES
The process starts with collecting the naturally fallen Areca palm tree shredded leaves for making final product. No trees are chopped or cut at any stage during process.
Cleaning the leaves and washing them with fresh water without using any additives or chemicals. Leaves are than being dried and stored in hygienic conditions.
The dried leaf is taken for heat pressing and cutting for giving a meaningful shape.
The plate is sorted and undergoes QC process before finally packed as per
requirement.
